Recipes.

Parmesan Crusted Veggies.

1 Head broccoli
1 Head cauliflower (break or cut into bite-sized pieces.)
2 Eggs beaten
1 Cup grated Parmesan


Use your common sense with the olive oil to deep fry veggies

Pour beaten eggs over veggie florets.
Mix lightly with spoon.
Grate Parmesan onto cookie sheet.
Drop veggies on cookie sheet.
Coat veggies by hand.
Use spider to deposit veggies into hot olive oil.
Turn alternately to insure even cooking.
Three minutes each side.
Salt or season when piping hot.
Serve over lettuce or by itself.
