Recipes.

Parmesan Crusted Veggies.

1 Head broccoli
1 Head cauliflower (break or cut into bite-sized pieces.)
2 Eggs beaten
1 Cup grated Parmesan


Use your common sense with the olive oil to deep fry veggies

Pour beaten eggs over veggie florets.
Mix lightly with spoon.
Grate Parmesan onto cookie sheet.
Drop veggies on cookie sheet.
Coat veggies by hand.
Use spider to deposit veggies into hot olive oil.
Turn alternately to insure even cooking.
Three minutes each side.
Salt or season when piping hot.
Serve over lettuce or by itself.

I have seen you in my dreams.
I have inhaled your scent in sleep.
I have put my hands in your soil and lay on the shore of your ocean.
Your sun has warmed my skin and your rain has touched my soul.
I have been witness to your storm as it rises, lightening bright, filling the sky.
I understand your language and the sound is sweet, seductive.
